Fanland Company held a shareholders' meeting

On October 15, 2024, Shengli Fanland Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its annual shareholders' meeting, deliberated and passed multiple important resolutions, and successfully completed the re-election of the new board of directors and supervisory board.   

In the future, the new management team of the company will focus on the research and development of high-end petroleum equipment and service upgrades, accelerate market layout, and provide users with higher quality products and services.
